Buscar y borrar con un solo comando en Linux

¿Cómo buscar y borrar archivos o carpetas con un solo comando en Linux?

Por ejemplo... Vayamos a borrar los dichosos archivos Thumbs.db.

find /home/usuario -name "Thumbs.db" -exec rm {} ';'

Así de fácil.
